I'm crazy excited for Graphic Audio's "Hidden Legacy". Hopefully they'll start producing those in 2025. Ngl, I got a little bit addicted to their adaptations of Ilona Andrews' novels. And now they started with "Mercy Thompson", too... Next year looks amazing from them. I think I'll re-read "The Iron Druid Chronicles" as well. It's been a while. I also bought a few books by Frans de Waal, so that's my non-fiction reading for the first 4 or 5 months done. Further than that, I'm a mood reader. I just try to make sure to read at least one book per week. I don't really do challenges, cause I feel like they're limiting me. I get too hung up on them and I end up not enjoying what I'm reading, cause it feels like homework.

📚 I just completed my bingo board for 2025 this week. I've listened to a heap of audiobooks this year as well. For the challenges I didn't complete in 2024's bingo I've made them harder for 2025. Like read 5 classics. I only read one classic this year and 4 are remaining so I made it 8 for next year. I'm still hoping to squeeze in Jane Eyre, Color Purple and North and South but we'll see. One of my squares for 2025 is to read 20 books that I got for free. I've probably collected at least 150 free digital books this year from stuff your kindle and other free events and read only 1 book. I have over 50 Bookfunnel books that I haven't read and waaaaaaaay more on kindle. Another square I have for 2025 is to listen to over 100 hours of podcasts and/or audio dramas. I was recently going through my saved podcasts on audible, amazon music and Spotify because of the yearly wrap-ups and I have over 50 podcasts saved but only listened to about 20 hours worth the entire year. So I'm gonna start off with baby steps and try to clear them. I plan on doing 52 Book Club 2025 reading challenge as well. I did 2024 as well. I only completed 33/50 so far. But I was concurrently doing back challenges as well as 3 other year long 2024 challenges. So I adjusted it so that if I completed 26 I would count it as complete. I was going to stop altogether in 2025 because they've become too niche and haven't been as enjoyable but I saw what they were doing for 2025 and decided that it would be a challenge but also fun. I've dropped Popsugar for next year. I'm still doing back challenges from 2015- 2024 for the next couple of years but I won't be participating in 2025. I also made my own year long personal challenge for 2025 with a combination of the challenges from past 52 book challenge, popsugar and various readathons. I'm still adding and removing stuff. I look forward to seeing your progress!
