The systematic doping did happened back in 80s and 90s as many eastern German coaches/doctors lost their jobs after the collapse of USSR. However, there is no strong evidence the Chinese government continued to after 2000. How many Chinese track and field athletes that you are aware of doping and caught? Accusing Su is doping based on an article on the Guardian is only your speculations. Only history could tell the truth. Perhaps we should continue this discussion 10 years later. Surprisingly the list of Italian sportspeople in doping is longer than the Chinese.
