But our Founding Fathers agreed that we are all Sovereign Beings ordained with Inalienable Rights by our creator. They then enumerated those Rights into our Constitution. My username/ handle is in reference to the Brainwashing term created by the treasonous Zyonist/ CIA deep state authoritarian psychopaths who have brainwashed people (including and especially Law Enforcement Officers) and labeled those who exercise their Sovereign Rights/ Sovereignty, as "Sovereign Citizens" (using it as a false derogatory slander defamation term). In reality those mentally weak Hypocrites (Law Enforcement Officers) who allow their minds to be controlled, are the only real and actual "Sovereign Citizens" with their "Qualified Immunity" (in complete and total violation of the Fourteenth Amendment, Sixth Amendment, and the Equal Protection Clause) which essentially grants them the Right to commit crimes and avoid prosecution for their crimes (or any accountability/ discipline) in the vast majority of cases. I suppose I could name my channel @shrapnelWound instead of Sovereign Citizen LEO (in reference to your splinteredShell). The reality of the term "Sovereign Citizen" as brainwashed into LEOs, is that the truth is somewhere in the middle (but far closer from a Legal and Lawful standpoint, to the people (non-LEOs) who may identify with the term. I don't claim to be a Sovereign Citizen necessarily, but I have spent a good deal of time analyzing their legal arguments and case law, based on Constitutional Law. For the most part, they are correct/ in the right (and even though the courts/ judges many times rule against them). The reasons are very simple: The Right to Travel Freely (lawfully) Unmolested by anyone/ Government Agents. The Right of Homeless people to be secure in their persons and papers and sleep where they are able to (lawfully and within reason) unmolested by Government, etc; The right to not be pulled over and extorted by criminals, who can violate your rights with impunity, simply by claiming the odor or "smell" is present, of a forbidden plant. The Right when you are traveling to not be forced/ corralled into an unlawful/ unConstitutional Checkpoint, forced to identify and present your "papers" in violation of the Fourth Amendment; Even the courts have ruled that people must be given a reasonable "out" before a checkpoint. In checkpoints I have seen, where the "Out" existed, almost always police will go after those people who chose not to go through the checkpoint. And then they are literally pulled over with no Probable Cause or RAS (same as the checkpoint itself). The Right to not be subjugated by Government Bureaucracy, or to be put on a Terrorist Watchlist or No Fly Watchlist (many times in error), simply due to your Political Views (Republican), or due to being a gun owner, or due to unlawful retribution by Government Agents or Democrat/ DNC/ Deep State sociopaths. The right to not have your travel bags/ suitcases or vehicle randomly searched -and if the Government Agents find cash (maybe your life savings), then steal it and force you to go through a litany of years long legal challenges to prove your INNOCENCE (before guilt and with zero evidence of a crime against you); The right against Taxation without Representation, etc. etc. etc. I'm not even scratching the surface. And all of these things apply equally to Law Enforcement and their families (though 95 times out of 100 in common life situations they will show that they are "Sovereign Citizens" and in the same club as the Agents stopping them/ present their get out of jail free card/ blue line gang "badge"). Regardless, if LEOs have a brain and are rational, the points I'm making here should scare them. Because it will never get better. It will only get worse, and descend into complete tyranny and chaos (which will rid them of their jobs, rights, and Sovereign Citizen status ultimately). They don't want their children growing up in a nation where all freedom and liberty is gone. I can tell you with 100% certainty, that loyalty between LEOs is all but worthless and will continue to decline and degrade in the same, -If anyone and everyone will sell out their fellow Americans and their nation for a paycheck/ dollar (take bribes to destroy their own families futures). At that point, the money is more important than their loyalty to our nation and our Constitution (their own Rights). People must understand that this is all engineered. None of this is simply "by accident". It is a brilliant well thought out plan by God's Chosen Psychopaths for total control/ enslavement. Other Government Agents or LEOs themselves will sell out their fellow Agents. Those LEOs will wind up in prison or some future Gulag nearly as fast as the ordinary "citizen" without exception, especially if they defy our masters paying them. People and LEOs especially will be looking over their shoulder constantly paranoid/ fearful, both justified and unjustified in 99.9% of cases. The vast majority of Americans are not anti-Law Enforcement (per se') including myself. And they probably have little or nothing to worry about until people en masse' start sniping them from range (based on target lists/ based on their actions). But there is a very fine line between these things (loyalty and money, freedom and slavery, morality and treason). History proves these things unequivocally. We are entering into an era Orwell predicted unlike anything in human history. That should awake everyone to action (and to educate themselves). Clearly we need laws, and we need Law Enforcement Officers. But we have far too many laws, far too massive a big brother unconstitutional Authoritarian Government, far too many law enforcement officers, and not enough armed citizens who know and exercise their Constitutional Rights (all of them). And we have a situation/ problem among LEOs where Treason (violation of the oath that gives them the Right to work), many times based solely on Ego, is more important than upholding the Constitutional Rights of everyone they come across (their first duty and obligation above all else). Order Followers/ Following, is why our country is in absolute decline to a point of no return (rather than people being free thinkers not allowing themselves to be controlled for a dollar). We have never been a Free Nation. The Land of the Free, and Home of the Brave [nonsense] might have been true for a couple decades after the War of 1812. It's not true now. So either people are going to wake up and revolt/ overthrow our slave masters (this is the real and only reason for Unconstitutional Gun Control laws), or we will continue to decline and slide into total enslavement (because I don't see Government changing or getting smaller, less bureaucratic, more efficient, less tyrannical or authoritarian, on it's own). That is my long answer to your original well stated observation.
