This is somewhat different from what my teacher taught me. Very beautiful though. In my teacher's version, there is no raga all way from neela manohara. But you have introduced some notes here and there which makes it more interesting. In my teacher's notes, the 'gopanga' and 'nirantatananda' parts are there but she never taught me. I will learn from your rendition. The percussion and instruments make it very energetic bringing out the war between Sree Krishna and Kalinga. I loved how you have used the chenda melam in it. Nice and different touch. Than you very much! May Krishna bless you

Actually this thillana was composed when oothukadu mahaan got the vision of Kalinga narthana thillana, so this was composed to match lord Krishna's Kalinga narthana, and trying to cope with Krishna is impossible (unless the paramathma dances through manushya sharira once again). Just sharing my thoughts.
