Excellent work sir. I particularly admire your set-up for inter-ocular spacing and focus. I built a very similar 10" instrument in 1989 that works extremely well but, you have taken the details to a much higher level than I did. I see that you ground your mirrors as well. Very impressive!!!

Oh my god. To quote stroppytube, "what a masterpiece of engineering!" I am completely speechless. I can't even think of the words to compliment you with! I think that is the nicest setup I have ever seen, especially being homemade! I am completely inspired to get off my butt now and grind a mirror!

Questions and Questions Can it be possible regarding binoculars to experience what the viewer sees? Are 15 inch binoculars similar light gathering as a 30 inch telescope? Could photo stacking (stacking two exposures) be compared to binoculars? What year did the quality of details in astro photography overtake direct viewing?

Oh and: ! wow, you're such brilliant and patient creator to have built this complex contraption (even the servo motors for the eyepieces!) put some rising & joyful-uplifting music on such a video :):):) this music you use is so pretty but fits better to something declining, departing, lost, leaving... Best of luck with finishing it :D!!

i'm impressed! i built a 10 inch reflector , a lot of work went into it,i can only imagine how much work went into this. my thoughts are that if i went as far as building something of this magnitude i would have to build also a small observatory around it, so i would not have to move it, both taking it out and putting it back ,it would save time ,work and health, i know .otherwise sooner or later it would get to you. in the future i would like to see a photo of what it can do and frankly you could even charge a dollar a minute to look through it!.

Plossl Eyepieces , READY for Usage on ALL your Telescopes , Refractors, Schmidt-Cassegrains,Makutov-Cassegrains, and Reflectors with 1st 2x Barlow insertion then the Binoviewer insertion due to Parabolic Newtonians short drawtube travel, needs a1.6x or 2x Barlowinsert!
