Thanks so much and keep them coming. I disassembled my echorec 2 motor and it was worth cleaning and lubricating, as they tend to accumulate thick layers of dirt.

Hey. No I don't. I use a different motor from model trains. Better torque at low speed. RS385 PH with an extended shaft. Noisy but effective.

You just need a speed controller.
