I do love that they provided a lot of healthy information for people. Not only did we get to watch them be their chaotic selves during this, we actually got a lot of useful information to learn along with them. On a side note...I find it extremely funny that Lee Know pretended to not be able to do the hula hoop, when we know for a fact that he had one in his room before he moved into the dorms for the survival show. When he was going through his "bundles" there was one right against his wall. He really didn't want to do anything strenuous during this episode.

Changbin in his element is so hot. I'm sure this has been said by every stay ever but if he were my trainer I'd literally never leave the gym lmao. Also the way that Han hadn't worked out for 6 months and still managed to lift 60kg without too much difficulty is insane to me, like ??? And when it comes to skz code, I'm always willing to re-watch so don't worry to much about the schedule!! Thanks for the reaction

Changbin was staying like that when they were lifting weights to help them I think because some time ago he was exercising and he couldn’t lift the bar anymore.

Yeah but you dont help out by standing on top of them 😂. You have to stand behind that person. And he knows that. That was just for Entertainment but im not complaining

I think it's because they were lifting their backs up while lifting the weights so he stood on top of them. I.N stood on top of him aswell and you can see how Binnies back was rising up so I think that might be the reason why they did it. ^^

Never apologise for putting content up late...this isn't a job. But honestly, sometimes its actually fun watching a reaction a while after the fact. You get to enjoy it all over again. Loved this Skz code. I think most stays were anticipating all the gorgeous bodies working out...and we got served. Well. But we got way more than that. Fully agree with everything they said and what you said. This was healthy, informative and realistic. And the goodie bags...whaaah
