I have chosen this procedure for myself. I have used BioTE for the last 7 years and I love it. I have great muscle tone, maintain weight and less joint and muscle pain. I feel much better since I've been on BioTE and I would recommend it to anyone who is pre menopausal. I do not experience the night sweats or any of the hot flashes. As soon as I begin to experience any of the symptoms listed, I immediately make my appointment for the next pellet injection. It typically has lasted me from 4 to 5 months. When I first started this therapy I was going every 3 months for the first year. After the first year and up to present day. It's been every 5 months.

The part about it not leaving a scar is a flat out lie! The skin where the incision is made weakens an appears similar to a stretch mark along with hyperpigmentation. I am hesitant to have it done again because of this and will try a different alternative.

Never mind all the amazing benefits of Bioidentical hormones... You're more concerned about a scar the size of a tic tac on your ass ...WOW SMDH

@@paigebarton3491 if you continue to do it, which you have to because is every three months for the rest of your living days, YES you dummy! If you looked half as good as me and had a great looking ass like mine, you’d be concerned too 🤣 there are others methods to get bio identical hormones that don’t give these awful scars all over your ass and have the same benefits. Plus if it’s not that bad, why can they just be honest and tell the truth? But nope! They sure as hell couldn’t 🤣

Ok... I'm sold. Looking for a local dr that can help me with this. Edit: I had my tests done and my Testosterone is 26 so they won't give me any. I guess I'm just going to feel like crap forever? Doctors suck.

You can google the BioTe website, enter your zip code and they'll locate the nearest provider. That's what I did :)

See a clinic that specializes in HRT. That's the only way they make money. Regular doctors act like testosterone is for bodybuilding men and don't like to prescribe it.

My God they make this so complicated and its not. They make it so expensive and it does not have to be. I've been on testosterone therapy treatment for 16 years (I'm a man) . 2 years ago I started sharing it with my wife. Why didn't we go through a doctor to get my wife on it?? Because they charge a god damn fortune for everything. My wife has a 3000 mg vial of testosterone that will last her 3 years...yes 3 years for about $100.00. How safe is it for my wife to be on it?? Well look at it this way, there are thousands of women out there taking 10X what my wife takes so they can turn themselves into men. Are they dropping dead?...No...in fact they are becoming stronger and healthier! Women need testosterone too just like men need estrogen. ..we just both need smaller amounts. Oh and yes my 55 year old wife feels great..her sex drive is MUCH better. Testosterone is a cheap drug to make...and by the way bio-identical hormones is a crock like "organic green beans" is a crock.

Concerned MD mistook CM for MM and basically said the incision is 1 inch or 3 cm when in reality it’s just a pin drop like 2 MM in size

If you stop TRT your symptoms will not return the same as before TRT but worse. Once your body is exposed to exogenous hormones it stops producing them via the negative feedback loop. Your T levels will be lower than they were before TRT. It’s not fun coming off of TRT. TRT in many cases is a life long commitment. The longer you are on it the more difficult it will be to return to pre TRT levels. People should know this before starting any hormone treatment. Additionally, introducing sex hormones will affect your thyroid and most women will also require thyroid hormone supplementation. Hormones affect each other and it is a very delicate balance that needs to occur with any hormone treatment. This is not something to be taking lightly. Hormone supplementation can be a wonderful thing for oerimenopausal and post menopausal women but it requires commitment and life long monitoring.

I’ve been on HRT including testosterone for 5 years. I’ll never stop using them. Going off a protocol equaling a return of symptoms is true for almost any treatment. Gosh, I wouldn’t trade the amazing results I’ve had and continue to experience because I fretted over symptoms returning. Why trade today’s good life for something that doesn’t need to happen?

Words to avoid : um, ah, so, um (oh I said that lol). Save10 min of cross compliments. Try defining, one time, each term like bio identical. Factually this distills to 5 min.

False. Men get pellets too. They just get a lot more. Can be a dozen or more.
