P.s in the elongation step. 1)The protein bridge which occurs is due to polymerase only or some other protein is involved? 2)Are there gyrase involved in prokaryotic transcription..i read in a book topoisomerase 1 does the negative supercoiling Or is it beta' which carries the gyrase activity as well?
