Will consume 10 units per hr. +30hp motor will consume 18units per hr at no load 25 amp current so total 28 unit + dryer say 12 units total 40 units per hr 320 units 8 hr shift. @ Rs 15 per unit ( higher slag rates) almost 4800 per day + labour 21000 pm + bonus = 1850 per day + supervisor n welder 1850 per day + 600 office stuff only one person + 2 person on dryer say 1850 per day total to 10800+ 1200 welding n maitainance as welding rods are costlier around 375 per rod. So total cost is 14000 per shift misc say 1000 rs . Total 15000 for 2500 kg . Hence mfg cost is 6 rs per kg excluding investment interest m marketing . The raw meter is bulky and contains moisture. And should be in vicinity of raw material. One truck t of rice husk is 4 mt. So the landing cost and cost after drying it comes to 7000 per ton. SO WHAT YOU SAY IS ABSURD😮😢

Thanks for watching and taking time for all this calculation. But you missed some important things. RPM of machine is reduced to 1/3 and glass heaters are in auto-cut arrangement that don't consume power all the time. So total electricity consumed in 1 hr. is about 8 units not 18

Complete combustion is the key. If it is used in power plants thenit will only emit co2(not so potent) but if burnt incompletly in open fields it emit poisonous CO (carbon monoxide ) and ch4 (methane) which is by far 80x more potent than co2 we want to reduce CO and CH4

Selling machines for factory in the name of profit but the costing for machines in reality can't be that much even when looking at maintainability. When business in picture quality pricing maintainance operations and selling are very important. If any month you are not producing or u r not getting money then operations is challenge. Now a days biomass coming in to picture but they are projecting very high cost for machinery ideally if I look at mechanically nd technically they should not be quoted more. Don't run the things with small machine as they will lead to more operational cost. Keep in mind our money already invested at high cost which actually should go under cost cutting. Machine manufacturers are pricing very high cost and mediators looting commissions more.

This technique evaporates moisture first, (that otherwise is the carrier of harmful gases if burnt) then abrupt heat causes complete combustion of volatile content (partial burning causes emission of harmful gases) . And final material i.e. briquettes produce negligible smoke on burning as usage site. That's why it is recommended and encouraged by government too
