Beautiful! Rolanda Toro offers great wisdom about the presence of the body and joy of being alive in it, in motion. How I miss BioDanza where I live now! Apart from groups who begin to change BioDanza into a sort of tantric experience, which is solely instigated by the BioDanza teacher and not by Rolando Toro, it's an opportunity for healing, for feeling connected in a horizontal and vertical way, when the floor is offered by the teacher in a sincere and truthful way. The mind can watch it all, while sitting on the tribune ;)
