This Wild Ones presentation will begin with a refresher on biodiversity conservation to set the stage for effective invasive species management. This will be followed by an overview of invasive plants including definitions, a framework for action, a brief discussion of control methods and an overview of state initiatives to address them. It will finish up by highlighting priority species and identifying activities that participants can do to help.
