Biodynamic…. Homeopathy for the soil. Works for me at every level. I’m not using same preparations , but my fish hydrolysate takes only 25ml / L to make a significant difference. Greetings from northern Ontario, Canada

I was really expecting some crazy explanation which could have possibly got that guy so riled up but of course there wasn't any. Just some folks who believe in energy and adding a bit of magic into their garden. If you think about it, gardening is pretty freaking magical all on its own. The fact that you can take a tiny little seed, nurture it and it will grow into a plant that will provide you with food, which is life. That's as magical as is gets. I think what they're doing is beautiful and apparently I've been kind of on this path for a while. I just didn't know it had a name. Thank you for sharing ❤️🙏✨

Another lovely film, thank you. As a Steiner kindergarten teacher in Australia - another country with an abhorant response to refugees - I too am often put on the spot and asked angrily to defend my "belief system", as though mainstream education or science and medicine are not also as much a result of a particular "belief system". The world is wonderful and complex and mysterious and easily capable of making room for a multiplicity of "truths" and viewpoints. Thank you for sharing this one.

very firstly inspiration behind organic is when we were very confused disaster causing from mountain (volcano,lost hiker etc),,suddenly we have out of food supply while observe in the very fresh air green mountain,,and every plant non poisonous were very fresh taste,,we dont know what is that,,then we know it was fully organic consist inside make it feel so fresh on tounge,,thanks,,may help for you wonderfull friends,,thanks,,hhe

You entirely miss the point that the problem with Biodynamy is that on top of serious stricter than organic principles, it adds esoteric practices made up by the cult-like "Antroposophy" movement. In fact, it's certification delivery agency "Demeter" is a subsidiary of the movement so buying biodynamy funds the cult. Biodynamy obviously has its pros as the organic part is good but the magic cow horn/dung homeopathy to "concentrate celestial moonrays through the power of the horns" ? Meh ... At least it isn't harmful to consumers. Just keep in mind that you're funding a cult when buying this.

Hi schwaxpl. Thanks for your comment. I disagree that the film misses the point of the esoteric/spiritual aspects of biodynamic farming. On the contrary, I think the film goes quite deep into those mystical aspects. And as far as your point about Anthroposophy being "cult-like" - I would have to disagree on that too. But I guess it all depends on one's view of the world. Good thing we're all different - makes the world that much richer, wouldn't you agree? Regards, Mattias.

@@campfire-stories In France for example, we had a secretary of culture that was linked to Anthroposophy, she actively worked to defund our cult surveillance program "Mivilude". Also, there are a lot of reports of waldorf/steiner schools being strange place with rampant racism and venerating Steiner.
