If you don’t understand what he means you haven’t experienced a good osteopath. They find little pockets of mobility resistance in your body, and they help your body get past those tiny anti-movements. Then your body can move freely without dysfunction or pain. He’s explaining the process of how he finds these anti-movements and corrects them.

If you are not leading, and only listening, then why would anyone need to come to you for help. If you want the body to feel or do anything, and are seeking change for your client/patient.... you are creating a response from the body with some action you are creating. You are indeed leading in some way, if you are creating change.
