By the end, he has essence reaver, berseker boots, kraken, lord dominik and yoummu. Completed them in that order, ofc, he got some parts according to the game, and with runes he probably used hales of blade with taste of blood, collect eyeballs and ravenous hunter. In the second tree, probably the one that gives mana and the other that gives life steal.
