Its the better play the team gets more gold this way assist + kill gold instead of just kill gold on one person, but its not pro play so I still agree that this is bad manners and unnecessary.

you can Poppy W smolder's E(?) (his fly) but only if he's trying to go through terrain, Lillia's W also counts as a dash. also if you didn't know you can wall stun off the enemy base gates since technically it's a barrier for you even if enemies can pass through. Also hard agree, i fucking love Poppy when enemy team has 3 dashes + Rell it's omega wraps

Smolder fly isn't a dash. You can E him when he is over a wall (Poppy stun), but you cannot stop the fly with W. You can stop Asol Fly because that is a dash. And Bard portal. And Thresh lantern. And blastcone.

Of course she is strong in botlane. She has to fight things like Sett and Illaoi in top. Also nice chroma/skin choice. Thats my 2nd favorite to use. Star Guardian fave. 2mil mastery Poppy.
