In his famous work ‘Malika’ there are many predictions by him about Odisha and the world at large.   Let us take a look at some of the predictions. Achyutananda Das predicted that a stone will fall from the temple of Shri Jagannath temple in Puri. He predicted that water will reach up to the 22nd step in Puri temple and Lord Jagannath along with his siblings will move to a new place called Chhatia Batt. There will be Meteoroid showers on the state of Odisha. A gigantic tsunami will hit the state that will lead to heavy damage. According to the saints predictions only a few select will be able to survive the disaster. Saint predicted that the dead will raise from the grave. He predicted that the final battle of Kaliyuga will be fought at a fort in Cuttack. A final trumpet will blow in the midnight and it will be followed by darkness. The Sun will not rise for 7 days and 7 nights and during this time wild animals will move on streets posing threat to humans. During this time there will be shortage of food and water and dark entities such as witches, ghosts, and many others will become even more powerful. Saint predicted that after all the destruction a new world order will come into existence. He predicted that in the year 2023, 6 districts of Odisha state will be submerged into sea. The film “Kalira Atita” draws its inspiration from this prediction. The saint predicted that the Hirakud Dam will break. Saint. Achyutananda Das predicted that Russia will become a Hindu Country. He predicted that the United States of America will be drowned in water. The Great Saint predicted that Muslims and Chinese will get together and attack India. According to his prophecies India will be attacked in the year 2022 and war will go for a long time. According to saints predictions in the year 2024 a big disaster will happen and many people will lose their lives. Shri. Achyutananda Das predicted that in the year 2024 Lord Baladeva will rule novel Hastinapur at present known as Delhi. As Saint Achyutananda Das stated that the main purpose of prophecies is not to scare people, but it acts as a warning to those who are on wrong path, so that before it’s too late, they can change themselves and commit to the path of righteousness

I have heard from a professor from BHU, who also publishes almanac for various prestigious Institutions, that Nostradamus used Vedic Astrology to predict events, because his method is very much similar to Surya Siddhant, which travelled many centuries back to Europe via Arabian countries and formed the basis of present day Western astrology.

If Nastrodamus predicted in 1550 about TEA (forget Tea Seller) then he was a great Prophet, and if not, this is a slightly far fetched translation. Anyway, Modi is doing a great Job. The word Hindu was not known to Europians or Nostradamus in 1562 when he wrote his quartrains. In France India was known by the name INDE. When the Europeans came for Trade in India in the next century only then they came to know that there is some community called Hindus. Ealier they took it to be a Muslim country ruled by Akbar and then Jehangir. So the quatrain that you have quoted is a forgery. Many more people have forged quartrains from Nostradamus to prove their point. The bhakats of baba Rampal also quote him to prove that Rampal is the last & final prophet on Earth.
