You have skipped so many informations. Fight for chunar fort. 1st agreement between Sher Shah and Humayun. Why Humayun was busy in West while Sher Shah was getting stronger in East. Why Humayun decided to march to Bengal. How smartly Sher Shah has trapped Humayun in Bengal for 4 months and many more. Sher Shah didn't emerged as as sudden threat for Humayun. They were in conflict from past 6 years.
