Sir, just one correction. Vipassana Meditation is done in a sitting of atleast 1 hour and not 15 minutes as you mentioned. I am also a Vipassana practitioner and have done the 10 day course in Dharamshala.

Thanks for the Yuval noah harari biography, but kindly rectify that he is Vegan🥦🥕🌽, not vegetarian. Vegan means : eating food only plant based, means no meat, no dairy products of any animals example milk, ghee, butter, cheese etc... Vegetarian means : no meat but dairy products included in food plus plant based food. Thanks.

Hi sir, I respect you but if you don't know anything about Vipassana then don't comment on it. It's so deep technique. Without having full knowledge of Dhamma then it damages the mind. इन्सान जब जानवर था तो उसे किस बात ने प्रेरित किया कि वह अन्य जानवरों की तरह एक निश्चित व सीमित दिशा में ना सोंच कर flexible बने और नए अविष्कार करे? केवल इंसान ने ही ऎसा क्यों सोचा जबकि वह तो अन्य प्रजातियों की भांति जानवर ही था। यदि प्रकृति ने उसे इस दिशा में सोचने को मजबूर किया कि वह स्वयं का विकास करे तो प्रकृति का ऎसा सोचना भी तो एक ईश्वरीय कार्य ही है यदि नहीं होता तो प्रकृति अन्य जानवरों को भी मौका देती की वो निश्चित दिशा से हट कर नया सोंचे लेकिन नहीं ऎसा नहीं हुआ। कुत्ते हजारों वर्षो से हमारे साथ है लेकिन वह आज भी बाकी जानवरों से श्रेष्ठ नहीं बन पाया आख़िर उसे क्या रोक रही है? कोई भी व्यक्ति चाहे कितना भी बुद्धिमान क्यों ना हो यदि वह पदार्थवादी है, वह यह नहीं बता कि आखिर मनुष्य ही क्यों? जबकि धर्म इस बारे में स्पष्ट है कि मनुष्य के लिए ही सबकुछ है।
