I have a doubt sir ... Dna fingerprinting was done by the mini satellite which are non coding sequence they do not express any characters ... If the person coding sequence are affected then the person will affect by the disease due to changes in the coding sequence... So my question is we using non coding sequence for DNA fingerprinting.. the how the Dna fingerprinting is help us to identify the hereditary disease possibility....?
