Well if you actually knew California use to burn all its wood waste for electricity and had no Forest fire but since it went green and quit doing that, Californian forests were not managed and you started having massive forest fires, keep in mind that a biomass plant is only sufficient in in a 10-16 mile in any direction of the plant means it would cover 201 000 - 515 000 acres of land which we could never fully wipe out, done sustainable it would save California millions if not billions a year on fighting fire and would make California money and stop your rolling black outs and provide your broke ass state with money

The Sierras in California have enough biomass for decades. ALl the under brush and small trees. A healthy forest has 80 trees per acre. California forest are so dense That's why you have massive wild fires, tree die off. And lack of spring water. The excess trees suck up all the water coming to the surface.
