the difference: every biome except for glitch is 1 in 8 for biome randomizer, but strange controller just rerolls the biome with normal odds.

Basically, biome randomiser makes it such that rolling it will have 1/8 chance of getting any biome

u can get glitch from biome randomizer it’s just a really low chance since it isn’t equal to other biomes

its at its normal odds, 1/15k as its currently 2x glitch event and 1/30k without the event.

The reason people still got glitch from biome randomizer is because it makes all biome chances equal 1/8 (except glitch) but it doesn't exclude it from the biome change its self. Meaning you could still actually get glitch from it. Hope this helps :)

Biome Randomizer had 1/8 chance in every biome ( you can still get a Glitch biome but the odds is still the same with 12,210,110 chance or 1/30000 per second ) while Strange Controller still had the normal biome odds ( like Starfall 1/6000 , Hell 1/6666 , Null 13333 , etc. )

TLDR/W: Strange controller keeps biome rarities (starfall is 1/15k or sum), Biome randomizer ignores that and every biome is = chance to get.

Fun fact : biome randomizer CAN get glitch biome, *BUT* its the base odds (1/30k when x2 event ends,1/15k now)

biome randomizer CAN roll glitch but the chances do not effect it its still the same chance as you would get it normally

Strange controller just gives an random biome with its natural spawn rate Biome randomizer gives any biome with a chance of 1/8 you can get windy and null just with a 1/8 too but this doesn’t work with glitch biome as it’s still its current spawn rate 1/15k

You need to play corruption biome then start looking for it, everytime a biome spawns it drops at least one of its special items. Make sure to get that one corruptaine!!

Strange controller is kinda similar to biome that's why I'm never getting biome ngl Also being able to get glitch from biome randomizer was a glitch and now you can't get it anymore bc they patched it

They do the same thing but the difference is huge. It's SIGNIFICANTLY easier to get any biome with the biome randomizer than it is to get with the strange controller. If you just care about Glitch tho, you don't need to get the biome randomizer, as both of them have the same chance to get the glitch biome.

I got 3/4 of the devices just today. (Because corruption is a tad hard to get) I went from no device to 2 instantly and after that I was about to get off but then another corruption spawned, good luck to yall who actually read this.
