Mam I have studied that in competitive inhibition there is one active site same active site for both inhibition and substate And those wo reach first will form their product if inhibition reach first then only inhibition will form. If substate reach first then product will form so there is compete both inhibitor and substate for one active site but u say there is two active site if two active site there is no competition

Nilu Kumari active site are different for different enzymes.....and are not same for all.

I liked your video mam, but I don't agree with the concept that Enzyme Inhibitor [EI] complex is permanent in nature. Since it is reversible, it will form E and I. If they are permanent, even though you increase the concentration of the substrate, you cannot continue the reaction as only few enzymes would be left to bind with the substrate.

Enzymes+ inhibitors do not form products that is y they are said to be permanently attached thereby reducing the percentage, thus if the substrate conc. Is increased it is liable for inhibitor to be displaced in the rxn consequently increasing the percentage of the rxn

Sulphua drugs can depress the bone marrow, mainly the bacterial folate synthase is 100,000 times more sensitive to sulpha drugs, but if this follows the zero order(drug is taken in excess and fs is saturated) the drug will affect the mammalian enzyme and start depressing the production of rbc's. Thnx
