First Prize (Individual), Biosecurity Farm Design for Small Scale Farming Competition, organized by the Federation of Asian Veterinary Association (FAVA) & sponsored by the UN Food and Agriculture Organization (UN-FAO):
this design favors smallholder farmers and matches the Asian tropical and particularly the Philippine weather conditions. Does the certified breeder has a term on his license?

The breeder certificate is an internal certification and not a license. The basic idea is to protect the innocent farmers from bogus breeder farmers .
