However, I stand by my sentiment that everyone has gone mad; at the rate you're all going, it won't matter what happens environmentally by organic methods, because you'll all destroy whatever remaining food we might have had. We're going into a global food crisis, and some would have us euthanize livestock before even confirming that they're infected with anything. It's insanity.

The only evidence of that are the politicians, usually urban socialists, who have zero idea as to the catastrophic social and economic damage FMD can cause should it get into the country. Twice I have witnessed farmers crying as they have had to shoot their livestock. Contrary to widespread belief there is no vaccine that will stop this insidious disease. Many claims have been made but like the coronavirus "vaccine" they amount to nothing. Quarantine measures should be strict and harsh penalties imposed upon those who fail to obey...
