Apparently Sheryl Lee who played Laura Palmer in Twin Peeks voiced a Baby Jane splicer in Bioshock 2. She plays one of the Splicers standing around a fire discussing what happened to Jack near the start. On Imdb it states she was hired by accident due to a mix up with the auditions.

@Buurg I only lament killing splicers that do special animations, like when they are sitting in a chair and then jump out of it; if you get the big daddy suit and come back to where they are located (provided you didn't activate the trigger before the got the suit), they will stand still upon you return and you can observe them more closely unless you provoke them.
