Hi Michael, i am confused by the description of the Q stats (mixed effects analysis) with the random effect analysis- you show in the table no differences between the 2 sub pop effects (p = 0.207). However looking at the test of null the 'High' sub pop has a p of 0.005, whereas the Low sub pop has a p value of 0.596. So how can we say they are not sig different yet one is sig and the other not?

Dear Michael, I performed a meta-analysis with stratified analysis by 4 drugs. My question is as follows. Is there any statistics test (postimation tool or other formula ) that allows me to test the hypothesis of equal effectiveness between the 4 technologies under study, taking drug 1 as the reference category, considering the overlap of the confidence intervals?
