Mam jab COVID start hi hua tha tab mere ghar me kewal ek hi Android phone tha jo mere ko nus waqt nahi milta tha or live classes hoti thi to uske bhi pura hone se pahale hi mere se phone le leti thi didi apna phone or mam ab mere ko ye phone milta hai to ab mai ye phone kisi ko bhi nahi deti bhale ye mere papa ka phone hai😅 kyuki sab log iska net khatam kar dete hai isliye 😅

Mam please solve my doubt.... mam after staining agarose gel plate also all genes present there get stained how can we find which gel piece has to be eluted i.e which is our required gene??? Please solve this I have this doubt from last year😢😢😢

Hey . Firstly it's not in our ncert but let me tell you Firstly we will stain the gene with the help of ethidium bromid and under uv rays we are able to see bright orange band and we come to know that yes it is our intrest gene And scientists also have a sheet like where there is written that particular gene of this molecular weight will come at this speed and stayed in particular this era of that gel container. Sorry my English is not so good still if this not help you tell me I will share the video link from where I learned it with the time stamp of that particular information. Hope this help 😅

Mam i I have a doubt please help me ....mam in gel electrophoresis the DNA is separate on basis of its size but how would we know that in which our desired gene is present...and what is the base sequence of desired gene ....

For that purpose only staining is done by ethidium bromide and the for visualization you have to keep it in uv rays which appears orange, then that separated band is cut You will get an desired DNA
