I'm in the Biotech industry for the past 20 plus years and the advice given in this video is so generic and untrue. Real world starting a biotech company is not as simple and straight forward as this guys makes it out to be. My advice to all youngsters after graduation is to try and get into an established company either an SME or a large company get a feel for how things are working and then take a call. Biotech requires a lot of time, money and patience, its not an IT or e commerce company that you can start generating revenue for you overnight. I have worked in a company started by multiple PhD's and this company has burt through 100's of crores over 10 years and not got any ROI because that is the nature of the sector, there are far too many variable in biology that you can't control. So don't listen to this guy and venture into biotech start up and loose a load of money. Get good quality work ex and then decide.
