But people in needs are everywhere and our hearts are broken every time when we see and hear another story. Lately I've seen video where some cyclist was recording streets of Los Angeles I think. I couldn't believe my eyes. As a European who never was in USA, and who only heard "American dream" phrase, I was so in shock, so heartbroken and so happy that I don't leave in the USA. That men was cycling for almost hour on the streets. And there was tent next to tent. Probably there was not even one second of his video, where You didn't see homeless person or tent. Really shocking images. But all of us - who are lucky to live in more wealthy position - can make a difference:) God bless You:)

I'm a recently widowed momma to a 4 year old daughter that struggles to buy the food we need.. but I have started giving 2$ to the person behind me in the drive-thru (when I can actually get a ride) I've started giving the cashier 5$ for the person behind me in line at the grocery store.. wether they are the ones who need it the most or will appreciate a measly 5$ doesn't matter... in fact, those that don't need it.. like my father.. while he watches his child & grandchild go hungry.. may be the ones who need the reminder of kindness the most. BI I was thinking about someone who didn't like to talk about raising her large family during the recesseion of the 70s. She didn't know where the next meal would come and she grew a large garden and canned. Her husband worked anywhere but jobs were scarce. She would worry if her babies bellies were full at night and what they would eat the next day. I say this to say thankyou for all you do. Letting these families just shop carts full of food is a blessing they will never forget. God Bless You continually.
