As a Tibetan refuge living in India, we should first analyse the situation fully. If there is Tibetan faults also, then it's better file police case and let the law handle the abuse. How can we boycott Indian livelihood for wholelife when we are not even able to boycott Chinese products for whole life. Dont forget that our business livelihood also rely on India. Rather than putting fuel in fire, first research well if its something we need to protest or not. We are Buddhist and we shouldn't act like an eye for eye. We should find compassion, patience and love for others. If the person is really innocent and they beat him with no reason than boycotting him is good. But boycotting without knowing the full reason is making Indians more hatred towards Tibetan.
