Hello po. Ano po line of business and PIC sa COR? Meron ba nakalagay na retail? If yes, required po mag submit. 500 po penalty sa late filing. Better to comply pa rin po in case hanapan kayo or ma audit, meron po kayo mapakita na inventory list.

Lahat po ba need ng inventory list? ako po kasi yung binebenta ko po sa shopee is made to order po na crochet items. So I only make the products pag may nag order lang. So walang on hand items po.

Most of them I had even before pa po ako nagstart ng business. dati po kasi hobby lang sya then ginawa ko nang business, so I had all the materials na even before pa po ako kumuha ng COR.

Annex A - Inventory List, Annex D - Sworn Declaration. Both po isusubmit nyo. Inventory list dun po i lista mga inventory nyo po, sworn declaration palitan nyo lang yung details nyo po ilagay nyo dun then ipanotaryo 4 copies, some RDOs 3 copies hinihingi 1 copy sa inyo po.

Hello. Yes po dapat tally lahat ng total cost. Lagyan ng total cost sa pinakababa. Make sure if required mag make ng financial statements(fs) tugma po ang figure per fs and total cost per inventory list.

Hello po to authorize someone need po yan ng Special Power of Attorney stating po anong specific authority nya like to file taxes, inventory list, etc. Normally, name parin ng owner nakalagay and tin ng owner. Hinahanapan ng SPA pag hindi yung owner yung magpapasa. Yung name and signature ng authorized representative usually for corporation and non-individuals po yan applicable

Hello po sir yung BMBE required paring mag file ng individual tax quarterly and annually check nyo po COR nyo, zero filing lang po. need nyo rin po mag submit ng annual financial statement. Yung materials po ba ng handmade flowers and gifts ma estimate and na monitor nyo po? with valid invoices from suppliers din po dapat.

hello po. lahat po ng stocks on hand as of dec 31 ang gagawan ng inventory list. estimate nyo nalang po purchase price. bali beads ginagawa nyo po into accessories? yung inventory nyo po siguro mga beads materials for production pa? assorted beads materials nalang po ilagay nyo .per kilo po siguro yan if madami or naka pack. so pwede nyo po ilagay sa item description example: pack of glass beads unit price P20 quantity 10 total cost P200. or i per kilo nyo po, item description: various beads materials unit price P500 quantity 2 unit measure kilos total weight 2kilos total cost P1000.

Sworn declaration and yung USB flash drive or DVD-R soft copy ng inventory list. Try nyo din po baka pumayag RDO nyo na sworn declaration nalang na zero inventory since 8% naman po kayo.

Kung required po and nasa FS nyo po yung raw materials na inventory, need nyo po isali sa inventory list. Pag wala naman FS required sir like if 8% gross income tax kayo or 3% percentage tax and using 40% OSD, suggest no inventory nalang sir kse wala rin naman ipagcocompare or imamatch si BIR to figures in your FS.

Pwde po 1 inventory list lang po pagsama nyo lahat ng raw materials tapos sub total nalang then goods in process subtotal then grand total nyo po total inventory. 1 sworn statement lang din po. Since 8% po kayo wala naman required na financial statements. Try nyo po ask sa RDO nyo if okay lang na sworn statement lang with no inventory isusubmit. Pero better po pa rin to submit nalang list of inventory and sworn statement and USB or DVD-R soft copy ng inventory list.
