So turns out you don't actually need to kill your own race for starkindered. You just need to kill mobs called "greater angels" the first one is located at hive.

Greater angels is the quest,to start the quest the requirements are a bit confusing (some say they only needed 50 str to start the quest while I have to get 50 str and grip 1 freshie to start it)
