do you have good compression and have you checked your carb

Get a tune up on it by adjusting and shimming the valves and possibly cleaning out the carburetor or check your fuel lines, its most likely the valves though but you might as well check everything. I had the same problem with my bike (crf250r) and it worked and started better, good luck man.
