So I heard from another KZbinr that they got to pick theirs from a Google doc for PR that's how they got it. I've been searching and I don't know anybody that was allowed to pick the CEO Sunday Riley in choice but I'm still looking

Hi Mary! It sounds like it's good that you keep track of what you chose. I hope you can reach out and get the Wander Beauty product you chose and maybe the Sunday Riley (you'd think they would try to get it back in stock if they could). Personally if there was a choice between a full size product I couldn't use and a sample size of something I would like and use I would choose what I can use even if it's smaller. 💕

So my experience with their customer service is this, first they will apologize then see if they can talk you down without actually fixing it. I send a reply email that is firm/friendly and then they fix! 3 times now 😊
