I remember a time when was working in Valencia, Venezuela at Lear Corp... A young engineer was working with me and I took him under my wings and taught him a lot of my own knowledge and skill. Recently, I spoke with him and said he owed his success to me. He is a Venezuelan Engineer, working in The USA, Texas in a plant related to the pump system as a Senior Engineer. Another Mechanical Engineer who was under my wings is working with a Holland company at Netherlands Antilles, Aruba.... There are many additional cases like these in my professional life.
