Nicely done Richard. I've only ever managed to photograph a Redstart on one occasion, it was from around 6 feet away through the toilet window in my workshop in Mid Wales. Stunning little bird. 😊

Hey Richard. I dont know if you're familiar with the App Merlin Bird ID by Cornell Labs but i have a friend that showed it too me a while back and it actually records and hears the bird call and can identify the bird. Great shots. The greatest feeling is silence but wildlife with no people around or cars etc.. lol Your last shot was actually my favorite. It is crazy how well they blend in with the trees.
@RichardBirchett2 жыл бұрын
Thanks for that info Kevin, I have an App to ID but not a song recognition one but will be sure to check it out! It really is such a lovely feeling to be surrounded by natures sights and sounds with nobody about! I'm preferring subjects in their environment so much more now, appreciate the feedback, thanks very much. R 👍
