Thanks brother❤️ Regarding play-time for wild birds, you can choose a closed room or closed balcony for their free-flight. I prefer evening 5pm. Around 6.30pm it gets darker and the birds settle silently. At that time it's easier to catch them and leave inside their cages. Once they are used to it, they'll themselves go into their cages once it gets darker !

And regarding the frequency, if you can give free-flight playtime for 2 times a week, it'll be really good.
