Birdhouse Shaped Card | Use Dies to Make Shaped Cards

In this video, I share how I made a cute birdhouse-shaped card, and how you can make a shaped card from any die. I included die cutting, ink blending and coloring with alcohol markers, and embossing. I combined products in the Country Woods Suite Collection, from both the Country Birdhouse and Country Flowers stamp and die sets from Stampin’ Up!®. Colors used were Lost Lagoon, Early Espresso, Blackberry Bliss and Mossy Meadow.
Supplies used:
Stampin’ Up! Country Birdhouse Stamp set and dies
Stampin’ Up! Country Flowers Stamp set and dies
Timber 3D Embossing Folder
Stylish Shapes Dies
White cardstock (for card base), cut at 8 ½ x 5 ½, folded at 4 ¼
White cardstock, for stamping and coloring images and for cutting out scallop roof accent
Lost Lagoon cardstock, for birdhouse layer
Early Espresso cardstock, for roof, base, and perch of birdhouse
Stampin’ Blends alcohol markers: Mossy Meadow, Lost Lagoon, Blackberry Bliss, Ivory
Memento Tuxedo Black ink pad
Stampin’ Dimensionals, regular and mini
Liquid glue
White Baker’s Twine
Mini Glue Dots
Sharp scissors
Stamp positioning tool or acrylic blocks
