All these places start to look alike if you watch enough videos. One thing I’lll say is that if you’re sober or a recovering alcoholic, it must be hard to shop for a place that doesn’t have a wet bar or wine storage space, because they ALL have them now. I don’t know how you’d repurpose that space if you’re not a drinker.

If anyway would have the right to say such a thing it would be a front liner. Seeing masks being used incorrectly (wasted mask) while there is a mask shortage for us front liners (we're having to recycle them), seeing how people use gloves actually making the situation worse and then more so, dumping them on the ground ?!?!?! Oh, its mind boggling knowing what we know and then seeing what we see. But that is the general public. How can we expect anything else?

You can’t compare to HK. That’s like one of the most expensive $/square foot. That’s comparing apples to oranges. If you compare this to other toronto neighbourhoods like yorkville for example, yorkville still has some penthouses starting at like $1300/.
