As I'm brush cutting the fields on our farm, it will stir up lots of insects, and barn swallows will follow behind the tractor grabbing what the can. Entertaining to watch.

I'm in N. Illinois now, looking out onto my back lawn and watching "in amazement" at the occasional Barn Swallow flying just off the ground catching their lunch? I'm scratching my head and wondering in amazement - this is truly one of those moments that you make you think, "how do they catch bugs anyway"? Truly incredible at the ability God has given them and so great for we humans to see. Talk about great flyers! Thank you for your video and information, I enjoyed it very much.

That must explain why we dont have ANY bugs other than flies at our warehouse. We ship and receive tomato paste and sugar. We rarely see a bee or moth at all. 🤨

some of this is bullshit My Barn swallows come back to the barn every year and rejoice by flying around the vertical beams in the center of the barn while the socialize these guys return to my bear every year .. they perch on the same power line outside the barn .and forage across my corn field all day long then hit the mud flats at the river ..
