This song is spectacular. The line that cuts me to the core is hearing a young man saying, 'I've been tired'. A child shouldn't know what it's like to be that kind of tired. Still he came to a powerful and Good conclusion. I hope he finds a father-figure in his life along with his father in the Bible. Great review. Thanks, Birdman.

I’m about to have a son the end of December it’s my first child to be born that wasn’t lost before they could take a breath… I want to be the father I never had who gave up his rights and then a step dad that I would’ve preferred to not have. This boys song peace with pain is a great story of making that peace with pain. I pray to the Creator that I have the strength to pass on a positive look on this life and be a good father and husband.

I never knew either of my parents and I feel like a lack of father in my life is a big factor in my depression. Not necessarily for the lack of love but the lack of a teacher/mentor. I was never shown or taught how to do anything so I have no idea what to do with my life and feel like I’m just constantly wasting my time.

Yeah they try to use the missing a father hurt and pain to run from the Bible because they are hurting and out of the hurting they dont want to accept that their is a truly loving father in the Bible who is always there and will never abandon or forsake us it's sad but true

I think you are completely wrong lol I know more people that have had a terrible father present consistently in their home life that don't believe in God, than knowing fatherless people that don't believe in God. Most fatherless people that I know believe in God because, they didn't have a father figure in their life. So the belief in God was it. They just don't get a microphone or megaphone obnoxiously trying to shove it down everyones throat out of ignorance. I can say it, I grew up fatherless and we tend to attract to one another throughout life. It's the one thing we do agree on. Don't speak about something you know nothing about. You killed the review of a wonderful song.
