Btw the ground clearance for your up sized tyre will not be 20mm less. Read below calculations to understand. Old tyre 155/80 R13 Side wall height: 124mm (155x80/100) Rim diameter: 330.5mm (R13) Overall diameter: 578mm New tyre 165/65 R14 Side wall height: 107mm Rim diameter: 355.6mm (R14) Overall diameter: 570mm Diameter Difference: -8mm Ground clearance difference: -4mm This is why you don't experience too much of change while driving and no issues faced. R13 and R14 difference is 1inch, is equal to 24 mm. Decrease in aspect ratio will be managed by increased diameter of rim

Brila Bro! Upsizing Rim size (13"-14") is not recommended by OEM's so please don't recommend this to any one ,you may face tyre damage only after 50% of the life gone and total vehicle dynamics might change which may leads to 1)tyre touching the body of the vehicle at Speed breaker/path holes , 2)shoulders of the Tyre may get damage by touching the suspension at turning 3)Manuvarability of the vehicle changes from the OEM spec ie: you may feel over steer at times which end up in Vehicle topples in sharp bends. Actual recommendation in upsizing theory is , it can be done only within Rim size ie: for you car OE size: 155/80R -13 can be upsize to 175/70R -13 without changing Rim size Here for four Tyres you are going to pay Rs 150-200 per tyre more than orginal size so Rs 600-800 extra for four tyres and Four rims cost even after your old Rims exchange you have to spend atleast Rs 5000-8000 additional and on top of it in rest of your car life you are going to loose your vehicle fuel mileage. And finally you have chosen this upsize tyre not to get better performance only because of non availability of orginal size and finally this not legal as per Road transportation!!!👍 Upsizing concept is only usable for people who are in to Rally and to showoff Dudes 😂 plz!plz! Plz! Don't recommend for normal commuters . 🙏

Change in radial factor of the tyre will change the speedometer reading which inturn will give u a wrong mileage calculation if you are supposed to change radius of the tyre then you have select a low profile sidewall which will compensate but again will affect the ground clearance and performance.
