Our customer is right with respect to chrome accessories. I own a Kia Seltos HTK Plus Diesel automatic and have taken few chrome accessories from dealership before taking the delivery. Few of the accessories peeled off within a week and I got refunded. Definitely KIA must focus on accessories quality as well along with Car.

Very honest and genuine review. Only point I would like to differ is space in 3rd row in Alcazar. It is certainly not that spacious as Carens or even Safari but it is certainly manageable with kids as you have the option to slide the second row. Also Alcazar feels solid built than Carens. Carens build, seat quality feels flimsy.

@@selvamuthukumaran5016 Don’t believe anyone. Just go yourself with your family/friends and spend some time with the cars that you have shortlisted. Feel the push/pull of the door strength, sit and spend sometime inside the car as if you have bought it. Try to take a spin inside the city and if possible on highways. You yourself can see plenty of difference. Many users/reviewers rave high about carens but these days money is spent on reviews for marketing purpose. So go and checkout yourself and buy what you love. Engine wise both carens and Alcazar has got the same diesel 1.5 ltr diesel engine. And one more thing, I had driven XUV 500 for 7+ years but Alcazar is more stable and pliant at triple digit speeds.

When comes to interior, of course the quality is good but not great for the price. But certainly the most plush and luxurious interiors with plethora of features among all the cars in this price segment. When comes to exterior and overall build quality, it is certainly way better than carens and xuv 500.

Crysta is always a best proven , high power ,good resale value , worlds successful engine ! still the unbeatable MPV , it is suitable for large family , big frame persons , low maintenance, proven successful . You should have tested with ur full family on board , it would make lot of difference . This Caren’s is futuristic , and suitable for a family of 4 or 5 and a pet as they promo in Caren’s , not for full load of 7 or 8 people , spending 21,60 lacs for This Caren’s The Pitfalls : too much hyped ! Then waiting for 6 months minimum , then may or may not be with a third price hike before u take possession . Will all make the buyer to lose interest in long run !

I seen the comfort of third row is less and Boot space is pathetic at Safari and XUV700. Marazzo is good Spacious one for all occupants especially at third row, but less features compared to competitions and reduced the existing BS4 features like cruse control and DRL in BS6. Cost is one of the factor many people not choosing Marazzo. Innova is the King at MPV segment. Hope no other maintenance cost other than regular services in Crysta. But, cost of maintenance too higher than other these competitions. Please Note that user has to add AdBlue oil additionally in BS6 of Marazzo and Crysta which gives approx mileage of 7k to 8k kms and cost of 2k per fill. Without Adblue, you can't start the car and possible to stop the car in middle of driving.

If am allowed to answer.. Stability - great. No body rollover, nose dive, suspension is very smoot.. Completed chennai - Kanyakumari. No challange so far. Full load 5 adult and 2 kids.. Fully packed luggage, 17 kmpl if driven below 100.. If >100 drops to 15. Head light is not good. Night light illumination is very low. Need to upgrade only after 5 years.. Disappointed on thag. Uphill i did already at yelagiri.. No issues and can drive at 3rd gear also. No power lag. Hope i tried to answer all 👍😂

After 5yrs u need to have spend more.... suspension will go bad, engine noise will be more.... passenger comfort will be the problem from then ....

Every one complains about the toyota showroom person, the points he said is correct, only we need to see if his tone were right. Charging premium with less features , they will continue to do so as long as there is a demand. When denand goes down , Toyota will introduce another model as they have many for every segment
