Thanks for the great video. I'm a Brummie, born and bred. There has been a lot of changes in the last 10-15 years, for the better. The council have slowly got rid of the concrete eyesores of the 60's such as the old bull ring and the central library. With the redevelopment of New St, the city is moving in the right direction. If anyone can remember how dark and dingy the old station and the Pallasades shopping centre were , with no natural light. The new Grand Central development is a million miles from that.

Really enjoyed this ..Lived outside Birmingham for some time ...and each time I go ...the roads have changed...the last time I went it looked like this ...but I could not work out where I was in Birmingham ....got it now....fab video ...goood to walk and film hope you do another -willl share video very good quality thanks for upload 2018 whats it like 2020 ?

Main Rachams( corporation stree) street down to station ramp ) I had to look twice ...tram lines...that was a busy place

You can keep it very messy very bad land and building development .The most ugly city in the world.Not a fun place to visit and enjoy .

Don't come then. But name some examples of better cities that were built on a past of heavy industy with the accompanying poor areas and historical squalor, now all gone.

I think you need some glasses mate, try looking for ugly cities in Pakistan and India they are a bloody disgrace, I recon you have never been to Birmingham.
