It will be really interesting to see what Chris Davies decides to do both in terms of the starting 11 and who he puts on the bench. I'm really looking forward to the return of Scott Wright, so hopefully, he's not too far away. We definitely have some good options at the back. It's very clear that Chris Davies has his preferred starting 11 and his favourites to include in the squad. I would really like to see Yokoyama on the bench. He's has made more of an impact than not when he's played and he's an exciting player to watch. We have a couple of players not showing the best form in May and Willumsson. But i think that they will both start at 9 and 10 respectively but i personally would pick Leonard at 10 and put Willumsson on the bench. I really hope that Anderson is fit. If he's not, then i was impressed by how well Hansson did on the right so i wouldn’t be against him starting. I really hope Dykes gets off the mark in the league asap. He tries really hard and he deserves a goal and it will do him the world of good. I don't think we play to his strengths but he also just needs a bit of luck and i think once he gets one, whilst he won't be prolific, he will get more than a few. Hopefully, Blackpool will come to play as that suits us and it's easier to play against but of course comes with more of a risk of conceding but i think we have the character and confidence to be able to deal with conceding or falling behind given the results of late and for the most part this season. We've had a few disappointing performances and results but that's football. Overall we can't really have any complaints. I mean just look at the table!! I'm going to go Blues 3 - Blackpool 0. The winning run will continue, and with our biggest winning margin in the league so far this season. Hopefully, there's no fog//mist, but if there is then the club are mindful of this, and if needs be leave off the fireworks with the only fireworks we see, is from the performance from the Blues players on it. The draw on reflection was a good result given the horrible injury to Buchanan and how poorly we played and how well Blackpool played. I hope someone from the club is watching this. Ditching the fireworks in the fog is a great idea - the first 5 minutes of the Burton game was hopeless. I think Thor needs a rest/reset. He has shown some great touches but has looked out of sorts for much of the last two games. Also I'd like to hear your opinion on why a 6'3" giant always leaves the box to receive a short corner, then the ball is crossed for Stanno & May to jump ?!. With Wycombe winning, I don't think CD will have the luxury of resting too many and expect a strong line up, although it would be good to see Scott Wright come off the bench perhaps. I'm watching this one from hospitality with the missus and looking forward to another mundane 2-0 drubbing. Great Podcast guys KRO

For a big man, Willumsson isn't great in the air and I think that's why he's not in the box when corners are taken be that him making himself available for the short corner or on occasion taking the corner. Heading is clearly an area of his game that he needs to work on, especially given his physical height. Stansfield on the other hand is great with his head. Finding space and having great technique. I don't think corners are a particularly strength of our game. Willumsson doesn't start for me today. I would like to see Leonard play at 10. But I think Chris Davies will pick Willumsson or he might go with Harris who is a player he really likes. Harris needs a big performance in a Blues shirt but it must be difficult when you don't get a regular run in the side, but he's not done enough as it stands to warrant a starting place. I think that the reason StAns is a bit down on atmosphere is because we expect to beat a lot of these teams by a large margin. We expect to beat some clubs 5 or 6 nil. As that isn’t happening, the fans are a touch nervous because the margins aren’t comfortable. I was at the Burton game and without certain blocks, the singing was very weak. I bet if we smash a team, the volume will be huge. Your channel is great and you are both excellent at your jobs. Your knowledge is high and you do your research. Well done lads. KRO

Great discussion. I think this game will be exciting one. However not easy! May desperately needs a goal! Was rested a bit for this game. I believe he will rotate with Dykes at some stage during the game. A crunch two games against dangerous opponents. Davis selection is vital to get it right. Hopefully Keshi is fit. As a Wrexham fan, watching Wxm V Blackpool Live the penalty was given in thick fog, the Blackpool player raised his arms in the box like he was a goalkeeper , I watched it back and it was 50/50, was Birminghams penalty v Burton a 100% Penalty? We said that in the moment and also stand by it after watching it back but that handball was next level poor for me. We’ve seen a few stinkers for and against blues this season so I think this standard of refereeing comes with the league 1 territory. Tough game and Bruce will have them set up well. Against Burton we had loads of possession but created very little and there were a couple of times where Burton could have scored and all that possession would have been wasted. I think we need someone who will inject some creative energy into midfield, Scott Wright when fit. Not convinced about Dykes, I would much prefer Jukey to be honest for the last 20 minutes I think he should persist with starting May and Stansfield together. If I had to sum Blues up at the moment I would say, possession great, creativity poor. Still think we will win though.

Absolutely no doubt we will have a few more little speed bumps this season. It’s inevitable at some point but I do feel since those changes at Exeter we are a lot more solid at the back and now less prone to conceding goals. Especially through individual errors. Another struggle incoming all possession and no thrust. Probably depend on a penalty or scruffy goal, though I worry if we go a goal down, It's hard enough at 0-0. Top quality teams irrespective of 10 men in defence find a way to break teams down.

Luck will only get you so far, being clinical and the ability to carve teams open is much more important, because at some stage we are going to need to be. There is nothing wrong with 1-0 wins but not all the while as Northampton game shows you 1-0 is dangerous, In regards Arsenal most of their wins I can guarantee are much more clinical than 1-0. Of course I am happy with being top but there is just an ingredient missing. Whether I am a pessimist or an optimist or somewhere in between has no relevance on Blues's performances. I am expressing an opinion based on an observation which I think is also being expressed by many supporters. I am actually realist by the way

I know a lot of people won't like this but I have not been impressed with May he started off well but he is over rated and I would prefer Dykes and Stansfield up front.
