Surly diverting all traffic that doesn’t meet the standards will end up taking alternate (longer roots) to reach there destinations, will increase the pollution overall and not to mention the congestion of car/vans with engines running. Just seems Portsmouth council is trying to justify another reason to gain revenue! Typical business 🙄
