I’ve been playing Apex (and other FPS titles) for years, and I’ve seen how rampant cheating has become across both PC and console. It’s not just the blatant hackers you see in clips-those are only the tip of the iceberg. The real problem is “soft cheating,” where players use more subtle hacks like XIM, Zen, DMA, or M&K on console with controller emulation, so it looks legit. These cheats are harder to detect, and many unsuspecting players just think the cheater is “really good.” There are a lot of Masters and Preds who rely on these unfair advantages. Some even rage-hack once they’re close to their goal, then simply get unbanned or create new accounts when necessary. This cycle-using VPNs to jump regions, faking account hacks, then racking up ridiculous RP-is more common than people realize. And that’s not even touching on things like smurfing, boosting, bot farming, or the new AI-powered aimbot and enemy detection hardware that’s popping up on consoles. Cheats are basically available from day one of a game’s beta now, which is killing the competitive integrity of the genre. I’m sharing this because many people only see the obvious hackers and don’t realize how many “legit-seeming” players are actually running cheats in the background. It’s a bigger issue than most realize, and I hope more attention will lead to better anti-cheat measures and a healthier community. Thanks for covering this topic-it needs all the awareness it can get.

It looks as though he had aim bot for that last video. The reason it was hard to tell is due to this person trying to move the joystick while the aim bot is re-adjusting. It tries to get him the aim while he tries to make it look normal or appear as though it is just him aiming.

I can’t even play a single game without someone in the lobby cheating. This game is dog shit. EA is NOT fixing this at all. They do not care about their community and it shows and it’s ridiculous! I’m about at the point of uninstalling and playing marvel rivals, rocket league, hell even Fortnite and halo at this point. I’ve never seen a game where its entire community is so upset and demanding changes and the developers completely just say “let’s just take more of their money” and then go home and sleep like babies.

No offence but your getting a few things wrong, I've been playing apex since day 1, I'm in my late 40s but grew up playing quake 3 arena on mnk, I can tell when people are cheating, yer some of them are obvious blatant cheaters aimbotting but some of them are also just good players your labelling as cheaters, there is at least one in this video that wasn't cheating but you can't see it, let's not ruin an already declining game
