Loving this video tutorial. I really like how mellow it is. No unnecessary noises. Great recipe.

i really like the "why..." approach for teaching things, its smooth and keeps the video interesting while allowing you to explain a whole lot of info

Defiantly making these! Badass man. My cheat code for more collagen is wing tips, always save them up and throw in stocks.

Your videos are always amazing super informative; do you think you could address utensils; the simple things like pots and pans. For instance like the handle and weight, knives could be a short part but also things like your tweezers, sieves and the other things you have in the kitchen you have as basic things for you but you wouldn't really find in your home kitchen

I don’t know if you did a video of this but can you make a video of making mole? I don’t think I’ve seen you make a video or at least I can’t remember.

Man i know i already mentioned it before but the 360 cam looks sick. Also for those that wanna save some cash, a mix of shank and barbacoa will get ya there. (it's gonna be fatty though)

Should you use a veg stock since you are going to be braising beef into it, or a beef stock?

It’s possible we can substitute for agar agar ? Just a curious question
@acooknamedMatt6 ай бұрын
It may be kinda weird with agar since that’s more of a gel agent. I mean try it lemme know
