Hopefully you are feeling much better by now. Ginger shots are good but to maintain overall health especially during the winter months drink ginger tea. Best to use ginger root which I boil and then simmer for about 15 minutes and sweeten with raw honey (Manuka is great) and a slice of squeezed in and left in the tea whilst drinking. Doing this daily has significantly reduced and severity of my episodes of cold so much so that I now rarely get laryngitis. Congratulations on reaching 80k 🎉🎉🎉👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
